This congregational assessment resource offers an approach to discovering and articulating your congregational identity and mission. With respect to Emerging Spirit, the need for a clear picture of congregational identity and vitality is critical. In order to reach out, initiate conversations, and form relationships with people not currently involved in our churches, each congregation needs to be able to say, "This is who we are, this is what we're about and this is how we are living it out!"
